Yes. The HICH Rider App includes a dedicated Emergency Assistance button on the main screen that provides quick access to:

Absolutely. After every completed trip, you'll be invited to rate your driver. Your feedback helps us recognize great drivers and improve service quality.

Saving a Favorite Driver

Had a great experience? Save that driver as a Favorite Driver in the HICH app. HICH will do its best to connect you with your favorite drivers when they are available and nearby. If they're unavailable, your ride goes to other qualified drivers so you're never left waiting.

Cancellation fees help compensate drivers for their time when they've already begun traveling to pick you up.

When a Fee Applies

  • Cancelled more than 5 minutes after driver accepted: a $5 cancellation fee may apply
  • Rider no-show: if you do not arrive within 5 minutes of your driver's arrival, a $5 no-show fee may be charged

When No Fee Applies

  • You cancel within 5 minutes of the driver accepting your request
  • The driver cancels the trip

How to Report

Contact HICH Support as soon as possible via WhatsApp: 612-424-1777, info@hichmn.com, or in-app Help & Support. Include the trip date, time, locations, and a description of the item.

Lost Item Return Fee

If your item is found and returned, a $15 fee may be charged to compensate the driver. This fee is only charged if the item is successfully returned.

💡 Always double-check the vehicle before exiting. The sooner you report, the better your chances.
  1. Check the app. Review your driver's live location. Traffic or a wrong turn can cause short delays.
  2. Contact your driver. Use the in-app messaging or call feature.
  3. Cancel and rebook. If your driver is unresponsive, cancel and request another. If a cancellation fee is applied in error, HICH will remove it.
  4. Report the issue. Contact us via WhatsApp: 612-424-1777 or info@hichmn.com.

Never pay a HICH driver outside the app. All payments must be processed through the HICH platform: no cash, Venmo, Zelle, or any other method.

If a driver asks you to pay outside the app: politely decline, end the trip if you feel uncomfortable, and report it to HICH Support immediately.

If you believe a charge was applied incorrectly, contact our support team and we will review and investigate promptly.

How to Request a Review

Contact us via in-app Help, WhatsApp: 612-424-1777, or info@hichmn.com. Include the trip date, amount charged, and a brief description. Any applicable refund will be processed promptly.

If you suspect someone has accessed your account without permission, act quickly to secure it.

Steps to Take Immediately

  1. Change your password. Go to the HICH app, then Settings, Account, Change Password. Use a strong, unique password you haven't used elsewhere.
  2. Review your trip history. Check for any rides you did not take. Report any unauthorized trips to HICH Support.
  3. Check your payment methods. Verify that no unfamiliar payment methods have been added.
  4. Contact HICH Support immediately. Reach us via WhatsApp: 612-424-1777 or info@hichmn.com. Our team can review account activity and help secure your account.
⚠️ HICH will never ask for your password by phone, email, or text. If someone claiming to be HICH asks for your credentials, do not share them. Contact us directly.

At HICH, the fare you see before booking is the fare you pay: no hidden charges, no monthly fees for riders, no surprises.

How Your Fare Is Calculated

Your fare is based on distance traveled, estimated trip duration, and applicable taxes and fees. The estimated fare is shown in the app before you confirm your booking.

No Surge Pricing. Ever.

HICH does not use surge pricing. Not during rush hour, snowstorms, major events, or holiday weekends. Consistent, predictable pricing every time you ride.

Where Does Your Fare Go?

Unlike traditional rideshare companies that take a cut of every trip, HICH allows drivers to keep 100% of their ride fares. HICH earns revenue through driver subscriptions, not commissions on your rides.

All payments are processed through the HICH app. No cash or direct driver payments needed.

Accepted Payment Methods

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and most major credit and debit cards. Apple Pay and Google Wallet coming soon.

How to Add or Update

  1. Open the HICH app
  2. Tap your Profile icon
  3. Select Payment Methods
  4. Tap Add Payment Method or select an existing one to update
  5. Enter your details and tap Save

Your payment method is charged automatically at the end of each ride. You'll receive a digital receipt for every completed trip.

Yes. HICH lets you schedule rides up to 30 days in advance for airport trips, appointments, events, and more.

How to Schedule

  1. Open the HICH Rider App
  2. Tap the green "Later" button on the right side of the home screen
  3. Enter your pickup location and destination
  4. Select your preferred date and time
  5. Tap Next, review details, and confirm

Your scheduled ride will appear in Upcoming Rides. HICH will send a reminder before your pickup time. You can edit or cancel from Upcoming Rides at any time.

💡 For time-sensitive travel like airport trips and medical appointments, scheduling in advance is strongly recommended.

Your safety is our top priority. HICH is developing a Live Trip Sharing feature (coming soon) that will let you share your real-time location with trusted contacts during any ride.

How to View Your Receipts

  1. Open the HICH App
  2. Tap Trips
  3. Select Past Trips on the right side of the screen
  4. Tap any trip to view fare details, route, driver info, and full receipt

Yes. You can book and pay for a ride for a friend, family member, or guest directly from your HICH account.

How to Book for Someone Else

  1. Open the HICH App
  2. Enter your friend's pickup location (not your current location)
  3. Enter their destination
  4. Review the fare and tap Book Ride

The ride is charged to your payment method. The rider will receive driver details, vehicle info, and trip status updates. You can monitor the trip from your account.

💡 The app may default to your GPS location. Always manually enter the rider's actual pickup address.

HICH offers four ride types. Select your preference on the booking screen before confirming.

HICH One: Everyday Value

Our standard, most popular option. Affordable and reliable for daily commutes, errands, and airport trips. Standard sedans and similar vehicles.

Luxury: Premium Comfort

Higher-end vehicles with professional drivers. Ideal for business travel, client meetings, or special occasions.

Luxury XL: Premium Space

All the comfort of Luxury with extra passenger and luggage capacity. Great for small groups and airport transfers with bags.

Van: Large Groups

Our largest option. Best for family outings, group travel, sporting events, or when you need maximum cargo space.

💡 Every HICH ride comes with no surge pricing and 100% of your fare going to your driver.

Tipping is completely optional, but always appreciated. 100% of every tip goes directly to your driver. HICH takes no fee or commission on tips.

How to Tip In-App

  1. After your ride ends, review the ride summary screen
  2. Select a suggested amount or enter a custom tip
  3. Tap Confirm. The amount is charged to your payment method on file.

You can also tip in cash at any time if you prefer. Beyond tipping, leaving a 5-star rating and adding great drivers to your Favorites list helps them get recognized on the platform.
